RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

INSTORE PURCHASES: All in-store hair extensions sales are final! We offer exchange or refunds on hair extension purchases due to defects reasons only.  ALL items must be in original unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached condition within 5 days.

ONLINE AND PHONE PURCHASES: Hair extensions can be exchanged within 5 days. International sales must be exchanged within 10 days. Hair should be wrapped in original state with tags and packaging still attached and in original condition. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking or exchange fee! Customers can exchange for extensions only!
